On August 10, a 7.4 magnitude earthquake shook Pereira and changed our lives in less than a minute. We watched part of our home collapse, worried about our families, and felt incredibly lucky when everyone made it through safely. As we begin rebuilding, we’re also reminded of the incredible kindness of our community. Friends, family, and strangers showed up with food, supplies, bricks, and support when we needed it most. 💛

Aswin quizzed me on Indian food, dish by dish, rapid fire style. One dish kept winning round after round and I stood by it every time. Then out of nowhere, another dish showed up and flipped the entire game. I did not see it coming, and neither will you. Ghee dosa, dahi puri, lemon rice, garlic naan, this one covers it all, plus a fun detour into how dosa gets pronounced differently across India. Some answers surprised even me. Watch to see which dish actually took the win. 🥭

We finally flipped the script. The first video was all about me getting quizzed on India. This time, I got to ask the questions. And I made sure mine were harder. 😏
